Potatoes!

Back in April the Eco Monitors planted some potatoes with the help of Mrs Johnston and over the past few months have been looking after them and waiting for them to grow.

Last week they dug them up and hand transformed 7 little spuds into 44 in total! Then on Friday afternoon they produced a tasty potato salad which they shared with some of the adults around school!

They have all learned how rewarding it is to grow your own produce and how yummy it can be!
