We have loved exploring the caterpillars, locusts and tadpoles (which, thanks to our Zoo Lab visit, we know are not minibeasts) that are visiting our classroom. We have been using magnifying glasses to look closely at them and have been chatting about what we can see. We have really enjoyed looking at non-fiction books in our book corner and are learning about some of the features they have.
