Year 3-Dear Planet Earth...

Inspired by the beautiful book 'Here We Are' by Oliver Jeffers, Year 3 have been taking the time this week to reflect on how AMAZING this planet is and how we are lucky to be living on it at the same time as some incredible people. Yesterday we took some time outside to do some mindful listening and observation. Then inspired by the contemporary and Turner prize winning artist Keith Tyson, we used watercolour and ink to create our own planet globes. Not content with producing some beautiful artwork Year 3 also did some challenging problem solving in maths One Big Triangle  It was great fun take a look:-
