Oak House Day 3
Today we had fun playing benchball, vaulting, taking part in a tug of war challenge and doing a highest tower challenge with newspaper.

We managed to dodge the rain. We went to Testlands Hub and took part in fun activities including: dodgeball, indoor rounders, penalty shootout and badminton.
Today Oak House visited Woodmill activity centre. We got to test our skills at archery, the climbing wall and canoeing.
What fun we've had with feathers, a sheet, tennis balls and fishing rods. Take a look at our pictures.

All this activity this week - has made us hungry!! Bring on our giant picnic which we have been cooking ourselves this morning. Off to the field this afternoon to EAT! What a super way to finish our Oakhouse Week!
We started off with Tangram Fun! Our project yesterday was making 3D people with pipe cleaners and then shooting an animated film! Wow................amazing!! Check out our winners!
Another hot day but still lots of fun! Archery, wall climbing and best of all ............. canoeing round a lake! The children were credit to themselves and Oakwood! Check out our best rowers!
Great day had by all of us at Testlands Hub.... Super sporty and super hot! Lots of fantastic Badminton Doubles Matches going on and real competitive spirit!! Our dance routines are super fantastic too. Check out the new receptionist at Testlands!
The start of our week has been busy and hot! That didn't stop us having fun in the Art Studio this morning! We have produced some super art created with straws and potatoes!
Today Oakhouse children wished Mr Bisson (our amazing sewing helper) a very happy birthday. They presented him with a huge card and a box of chocolates.
In the afternoon they played board games, used the iPads and finished off the day with a DVD.
The children have all had a great week, but are now looking forward to their friends returning from Knapp House.
Oh what fun we had! Canoeing, rock climbing, abseiling and archery at Woodmill Activity Centre this morning. Please take a look at the pictures and enjoy!
Year 6 children had a great first day for Oakhouse week when they visited Oasis Academy. They tested their stamina in the fitness suite, played tennis and enjoyed an energetic game of Catch the Flag. Thanks to TMC for organising a fun packed day.

Fun drama activities, cake decorating, a flying visit from a Tawny Owl and an Ural Owl, as well as an afternoon of sport on the field with TMC made it another super Oakhouse day!

The day started with a crazy bin bag fashion activity. Prom dresses and England supporter's outfits were designed and modelled by the Oakhouse children. Wraps were made for an afternoon picnic on the field, followed by a friendly rounders match against Y5. An Oakhouse victory ended the day well for Y6!

Oakhouse children had another fun packed day at Woodmill Activity Centre. They took part in rock climbing ,archery and canoeing. A big thank you to all the staff at Woodmill for making the day such fun!

Oakhouse had a very energetic start to their week. They visited Oasis Academy Lordshill to take part in a fitness day. Thanks to TMC for leading the activities, all the children had great fun.
