RE with Chris Davis

Another fun day in Year 6 yesterday as Chris Davis and his crew introduced us to 'The Christian Story'. We learned about how Christians believe that god created the world from nothing; how it all went wrong; and how God had a plan!

Here is what we got up to:



In the morning, we were given a chess board challenge. On the first square, there was one grain of  rice. The rice doubled in quantity on every consecutive square! Amazingly four children were able to calculate how many grains of rice there would be on the final square.

In the afternoon we made models of our ideal school and the most popular things that people wanted to include were: swimming pools, go kart track, zip wire and a chocolate fountain!
